Everyone was nice and pleasant to work with from the receptionist directing customers in to all of the store associates. Even if Sabrina didn’t know If they had the annual club charm in stock, the associates were helpful in where to look.

The team took me in right away. They were very friendly upon my entrance. As I was checking out the last recognized me and knows I like pink and hearts and rose gold so she showed me more options that she thought I would like. I found it very comforting.

Michelle, the associate that helped me was helpful in helping me pick a charm, put on the charm because I bought a charm months ago and had a hard time putting it in the bracelet, that was main reason for going in. I appreciate her willingness and patience while she was helping me. She didn't rush me and made me feel comfortable. I was so pleased with her customer service that I purchased 2 extra items that day. Thank you🥰
