The store was not overly busy but seems like I waited a long time to be serviced.

Some of the items we were looking for were no longer in stock. It is understandable since a promotion was going on.

As I was looking for charms for the bracelet I was getting a associate opened the cabinet and grabbed the section I was looking at and started showing someone else, totally ignoring me and being rude.

I purchased 4 charms,but u we’re all out of the free jewelry keepers,so close to Mother’s Day and no jewelry keeper. I’ve purchased many pieces and was disappointed
