This is no fault of anyone at the store but having to wait 30+ minutes in line just for a exchange is a lot.

Due to the safety precautions being enforced I was unable to properly shop and take advantage of service! This location only offered curbside service which truly limited my first experience of treating myself to Pandora bracelet! I just had a birthday and had been browsing online at items I was interested in and learned that this location was open so I went in! It wasn’t until I arrived that I learned about the curbside or I wouldn’t have went! Aylin , who answered the phone when I called after having trouble placing an order online, however took the time to text with me back and forth sending screenshots of what I wanted as she prepared my order. I pretty much got everything I wanted but was disappointed that I couldn’t walk around the store and see more items or browse and ask questions about other things! Thank you anyway!
