I was sent from Old Orchard they texted the store to have a W charm on hold for me. I had to drive 30 minute to get there. Then I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen. Then they didn't have the W charm on hold for me but likely they still had one.

I had a coupon and the sales rep stated I could not use it even though it was clear I could. I asked if she was sure there was nothing that could be done and she didn’t try to help.

Not given a nice selection of charms. Was not properly informed that “stoppers” are typically used. No smile or engagement when helping me ring my correct size in bracelet.
