There was one ring that I absolutely wanted and only one left in my size at the store. The associate helping me delivered exceptional customer service. She cleaned my ring and had another associate clean it as well to buff out a stubborn mark on the ring. She continued to check in with me and thank me for my patience as I was waiting. I felt my business was extremely important.
