I went in to purchase a gift and they took good care of me. They greeted me at the door right away. Asked me what I needed and provided it to me right away. Didn't have to wait long.

I was very pleased at how fast the staff helped me find what I was looking for. Everyone was genuinely nice, I was greeted with smiling faces everyone seemed happy to be there and help out. I was lucky enough to buy the last Bunny Charm and Maria V who found it for me was very nice and excited with me that she was able to sale me the last one. Fast and easy visit. Definitely will be returning to this location.

The store had plenty of staff. All Workers were extremely friendly and welcoming. There was never any pressure to purchase any more than I had planned They suggested ideas that went with what I wanted.

The representative that I worked with was very nice and helpful. The selection of products was large, all the products I was looking for (except one) were in stock. My customer service representative also had a lot of knowledge about the products.

It was beyond a unique experience. Laura at the Harlem and Irving location was a jem and absolutely amazing with her assistance. We were in the store a couple days ago and the ring we were interested in was out of stock in the size we needed. She was gracious enough to call other locations and made it her business to find what we needed and had it transferred to the store. Today we went to pick it up and was grateful to have her assist us again. In fact we bought more merchandise. Thank you for having her represent Pandora as she is a very valuable employee and in my opinion she belongs in upper management.
