I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of the sales associates. The knowledge and friendliness they portrayed is the definition of customer service. Managers and associates were all very welcoming.

As soon as i walked in the store i was greed by the staff and they all were very welcoming. They right away explain the offers that were going thru the store. They show many everything i wanted to see with patience and help me with my budget.

Given that people are now starting on their Christmas shopping, i was surprised with how quickly i was taken care of by a Pandora associate. I expected a wait time but did not need to wait even though there were a lot of people in store. It was a very good experience and most importantly, i walked out of the store with the items i intended to purchase before coming in! :)
