I had gone to the Pandora store in Chicagoridge to make my exchange, but the sales associate told me that I had to go back to the original store where I made my purchase. I had gone to the store in Chicagoridge because it's located much closer to where I live. I have made purchases at the Pandora store in Chicagoridge, BUT I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN! The sales associate processed my return at the Pandora store at Harlem and Irving with NO PROBLEM.
