The sales associates were nice and friendly. the price was great for a nice bracelet. they informed me about other products as well.

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. All the associates were nice and attentive and answered the questions that I had. I was offered another charm that I didn’t plan on paying, but brought it anyway.

The sales associate was personable and knowledgeable. She directed me to this survey and it saved me time from ordering online.

John T was very nice, helpful and patient and i appreciated that.

Ty the manager is wonderful. Always quick and willing to help along with all the other associates. Always feel welcomed when I enter the store and always leave pleased. Great customer service provided and very knowledgeable.

The sales associate Ty, was attentive my my request. She listened to me and took me straight to the items that I requested. It was a positive experience.

First I have never experienced this type of customer service. I walked in not knowing what to get my wife for our first anniversary. Told Ty the manager what I was dealing with and she then introduce me to Jordan. Broke down everything I explained to her and Jordan took off. Giving me a variety of options and expressing her expertise in the jewelry. I felt like i wasn't being upcharge at any given time. I enjoyed my time at the store and especially with the staff. Jordan really knows her stuff and deserve a higher commission or raise. Good job Ms. Ty and Jordan you guys were awesome I will be returning on every holiday to purchase more Pandora jewelry again thank you for treating like family instead of a customer. 😀
