Tyler walked from the counter to greet me as she watched me walk into the store. She was very courteous and very helpful. When she was not able to find one particular charm, Jordan jumped right in to assist her with no hesitation. It was a very pleasant and rewarding experience! Kudos to the both of them!

Barbara helped us today and was fantastic! She knew my ring size immediately and helped me find the type of ring I wanted. I found a beautiful ring and bought it within twenty minutes of arriving. Great service!

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store. Alaina was helpful in finding selections and suggesting new charms. Checkout was fast and easy, I love the email receipt options.

The customer service representative, Barbara, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had been in the store the day before, and the manager in duty, Jesus, was extremely courteous and helpful to my needs. He helped me when the representative at Cumberland Mall did not attempt to help me.
