I had called about a charm, they had 1 left in stock. They held it for me, once I arrived to the store, I was greeted by Carla J & She assisted me with everything. Instead of just purchasing 1 charm I ended up purchasing 8 charms!!!!

When I entered the store they are so polite and if they have someone ahead of you they will say I will be with you shortly.

I was greated as soon as i walked into the store.Ms.Pusha was so pleasing to talk to and she help me to pick my charm for my daughter and i.I can't remember the gentleman name but he tool my bracelet and cleaned it for me.
