The sales associate went out of her way, to find what I was looking for, she was also patient with my questions, and took her time to explain a product, and help me to make a decision on what I wanted to purchase.

Courtney H was very knowledgeable about the products, and she was patient with helping me understand the difference in polishing cloths. She went over different size bracelets with me, for me future purchase of my second charm bracelet. I just loved her attitude. Great customer service
