The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and made the shopping experience so much easier. She offered options and explained sales items that were comparable to what I was looking for.

It was a very nice store. It was very organized and clean. The lighting was good. The associates were very knowledgeable about the merchandise, materials, sizes, etc. The sales were amazing! I would definitely shop here again.

This was the 3rd pandora store that i had visited and the only one that was able to exchange my bracelet and have the size i needed and knew their return policy for Christmas/online order.

My daughter started purchasing Rose Gold jewelry and loved it; however, the coating on the jewelry is starting to chip off. This made me skeptical of the quality of the jewelry. However, I have since purchased silver jewelry and, after some research, am comfortable knowing that the silver jewelry will not tarnish. I have had an issue with my first purchase but I took it to the store and the exchanged the ring with no problem. At some point, I would like to purchase some 14K rings, as I know they are good quality.

We were warmly greeted when we arrived and we received the same AWESOME service through out the entire sale. The sales associate was helpful and very friendly.

Walking in we were greeted warmly as if they were glad that we were talking time out of our day to be there, and we met that same quality of service through out our entire visit
