I took my time to chose the 2 bracelets that I bought. I chose 3 charms of my choice for my bracelets. The sales person was very knowledgeable and nice.

Because she was nice and helpful. It wasn't a long wait to get helped. And it was affordable.

I was there looking for gift for my Grandaughter and the sales person knew what to offer with what I had mentioned to her.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because my sales associate went above and beyond to find the charms I wanted for my bracelet. She even got the manager involved and they searched the store looking trying find the exact items I wanted. Then once they were unable to find the items in store they ordered them for me.

The Friendliness of the staff at this Pandora store is world class and My sales associate Michelle Jenkins remembers what I want without looking.

The staff at Pandora in my mall is always helpful, quick to service and wiling to find a answer when they dont know.
