I was very pleased on how the store and sales associate functioned with the processes now in place due to COVID-19. Sandra waited on me and helped me select my wife’s first bracelet with charms the reflected special moments in our life. She was patient and made excellent suggestions after charms specific to some of my request were not available. I am sure my wife will really be pleased.
