I had a problem with a older purchase that was broke and the sales person helped me to replace the bracelet. She listen to my needs when I stated I wanted to spend within my budget and that I wanted a stronger bracket I am highly statisfied.

It was great and clean. Very nice sales person. Happy with the quality of merchandise.

I called the store to make sure the item was available. The sales associate, Erica, was knowledgeable of the spacer I wanted and assured me it would be available when i came to the store in a few days. She was thorough in cleaning the surfaces of the display case and credit card reader. Her demeanor was kind and respectful.

My salesperson was Malaysia at the Douglasville, GA store. She was very friendly and courteous. Malaysia was knowledgeable abot the products I purchased. Store was clean and practiced social distancing guidelines. .

I was given undivided attention, not a lot of people crowding around waiting to be seen like it was prior to the pandemic. I was however dissappointed because many of the charms I wanted were not in stock and/or on backorder.
