Im not a fan of the hearts design. The earrings selection in the store had hearts on everything (hoops) I did end up purchasing a tear drop style in rose gold that I am very happy with, however more selection of hoops with out heats would be great. I did voice this to the pandora specialist that assisted me and she was very helpful and kind.

The customer service was great. The store was very clean. They had exactly what I was looking for . The salesman explained the product and the price very clearly.
