I went in the day before mother's day. I expected a wait. When it my turn. I was given an appropriate amount amount of time to have all my questions answered. I was recently gifted a bracelet and I was unaware of how to add the charms. The purpose for the visit was to get a bracelet and matching charms for me and my sister. I was pleased with the help I received.

Great sales representative

The two associates that I spoke with were two courteous and kind associates. They listen to me and helped me without any problems with my exchange. My service there was very prompt. I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes . What I went i there for was in stock, was excited about that as well.

With the Mother's Day crowd, my Sales Associate, Sandra, was very friendly and helpful. The store was out of two charms I wanted, so she asked me about my mother, who likes to travel and garden. She showed me the family charm, and the one with the cross, anchor and heart, and they were perfect. I preferred them over the two I wanted. My mother was very pleased! The two-hour wait was more than worth it. I enjoyed talking with Sandra, very knowledgeable about the products, and good general chit chat. This was my first time buying Pandora during Mother's Day. Next year I'll be sure to shop a few weeks earlier, per Sandra's recommendation.

The sales associates are very friendly. I was very impressed on the knowledge they had with each product. I came to purchase one gift for my daughter for Mother's Day and ended up purchasing myself a bracelet to match hers. Returned the next day with a friend and she made a purchase.
