Xaviyah was patient with me as this was my first experience with bracelets and charms. She made my experience pleasant. It would be great to have the charm products sectioned by color. I believe this would enable a better find for purchases.

The associate, Madison, I think was the SWEETEST person! She helped me and my boyfriend find charms for my bracelet. She showed us the Star Wars charms and a perfect charm my boyfriend picked out for me for my birthday. I would absolutely come back to this one.
