This was our first time retuning to a mall in over a year and we were very happy with the precautions Pandora has taken due to the pandemic.

I purchased two rings online that were too small. The sales lady who helped me exchange offered ideas and suggestions. Needing a size 11 I was limited to what I could get. Ultimately she found a ring that I love instead of just suggesting a refund!

I visited the store today to look for bracelet options. I walked in the store and knowing nothing about what I was about to buy and Katelyn was kind enough to help me today. She walked me through the entire process and had me come up to the front to help me pick something. She took the time to get to know me to understand what I was trying to accomplish. I was like this for my best friend who I have a very special and unique connection with. As I explained it, Caitlin was able to show me things that brought what I was trying to say completely to life. I actually teared up it was such a sweet moment!

Seen a bracalet on a pandora advertisement flag as we walked into mall, I wanted the bracelet. Didnt not see the bracelet in the store but did find a new charm and super excited that you now do personalized engraved beads!
