Associate was very pleasant. I came in to let her know it was my daughters birthday. She recommended a birth stone and zodiac sign. In addition to that , I let her know I wanted a necklace under a certain price and she gave great recommendations. All around great customer service.

The customer service rep was professional and they adhered well to COVID restrictions.

I went into the Pandora at the mall in Douglasville Georgia, Arbor Place, looking for a specific charm, the Leo zodiac charm for my sister’s birthday. Unfortunately this location did not have what I was looking for however the associate that assisted me was great! Katelyn B made some suggestions & showed me a few of the other charms. I decided to get a personalized heart charm that had my sisters name engraved on one side and her birthday date on the other side using your new engraving machine. The charm turned out absolutely perfect! I am considering going back and getting one for myself as well because my birthday is this month too!♌️

I love Pandora. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to get my bracelet cleaned and ended up buying a ring. The jewelry is amazing.
