I would like to start off with the sales associate, Miss Britney. Employee# 215102 She was so kind, friendly and helpful! She was patient and answered every question I had. She was not pushy about me buying a ring. The other sales associates in the store were being quite rude to her and she held her composure and was so kind to her co-workers as well. Overall, I had a fantastic experience for my first time at Pandora. Brittney had such a great attitude! Can’t wait to go back!

The employee, Katelyn # 198092 was the most patient and friendly sales person that I have encountered in a long while. she made suggestions but also listened to exactly what I was looking for. She didn't focus on the other customers around her or the ones that were waiting. She was never in a rush and wanted to be certain that I was happy with my purchases. She made the shopping experience very easy. Not only that, because of her friendliness, she suggested that I apply for the credit card and I did and it was approved. I would continue to go there if I am welcomed by other associates like Katelyn.
