Pandora Jewelry

Was very upset with the original transaction due to the sales associate and the supervisor. Ordered two rings online and upon pickup was told that it was a problem to issue another size due to how I paid. I left with rings that were too large and condescending advice on how to take care of the jewelry if I would ever try to return them. For an entire week I tried to talk myself into reasons why I should just keep the items. Today I told myself that I’ll at least try and pray that I get different sales associates. Well thank goodness I did! The young lady that helped me today was kind, knowledgeable and restored my faith in the brand that had previously left an awful impression. I was sooo pleased with both the experience as well as the product and will now be willing to share that experience with others and perhaps become a repeat customer because of her! Good job in hiring her she is absolutely an asset to your company.

The sales representative acknowledged me waiting to get inside the store because of Covid procedures they are limiting how many people enter at once. My representative helping me was really nice and attentive. I love the precautions being taken due to Covid.
