Hello! So I originally placed a pick up order for the Cumberland location on Friday the 10th and unfortunately I had a bad experience with that location and ended up having my pick up cancelled after waiting for 5 days. The woman that answered the phone when I called to check on my order told me that that they weren’t doing pick ups at all but I later found out that she cancelled my order. I went to the Arbor Place location and I had a completely different experience very happy with the Arbor Place location. The lady that helped me was very nice, very friendly. We connected by talking about my daughter & her niece. She help me pick out some stones and she also told me about the promotion y’all have going on to get the free bracelet and I was able to get the free bracelet and I got a charm for myself. So thank you to the Arbor Place team. the Cumberland team needs some work.
