My experience today at the Douglasville location was a great one. Sales associate Alexandria displayed exceptional customer service. She greeted me as I walked into the store. She was able to assist me with 2 items that I wanted to purchase. She even cleaned the pandora jewelry that I had on and I also ended up purchasing another charm for my bracelet.

This Pandora was pretty busy for it still to be morning. There was plenty of help. I had seen the pansy charm on the internet so I asked the salesgirl for this exact charm and more to go with it. She gathered SO many matching beads and charms, necklaces and earrings. I had so much fun deciding. Then she put it all together for me.

Malaysia was my sales lady and was extremely helpful. She was patient and introduced me to the line of products. This was my first time in the store.
