My customer service experience with Lauren W was great. She was patient and showed me a variety of options and helped me put my bracelet together.

I came in to exchange an item came in on Sunday and the store supervisor could not exchange it for me I had to come back on Monday to actually see the store manager I had no issues at all she exchange the item for me for equal or lesser value or I paid the difference on it, I really thought I was going to have an issue because this item I got for free when I purchase a previous item but I but the item broke on me so she has changed it with no problem and I appreciate not having to go to another store to get this taken care of because they were all out of the replacement

Shopping for a mother's day gift for my wife and while there got 2 more charms for my granddaughter. When I go back to get one of the charms engraved will be bringing another granddaughter to get her something.

The representative was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. She was a pleasure to work with.

Hilda Sales Associate at Arbor Place Mall was wonderful I really enjoyed interacting with her she’s a Great Young Lady I will be back to see her seeing we are BFF’s now!!!😂 oh and to make a purchase

The sales associate was very nice and helpful. The store was about to close soon but she wasn’t rushing me. I was also very indecisive but she didn’t get upset or anything.

The sales person was real knowledgeable about the merchandise . which made my shopping experience good . she was very nice . It was a good day.

The sales rep was extremely nice and pleasant! She was Knowledgeable and recommended additional purchases but wasn’t too pushy. It was a pleasant experience.
