When I came to the store I was immediately greeted and assisted by a very knowledgeable sales associate. She was also able to assist me in resolving what I personally consider to be a very minor problem with the locket on my bracelet. I am extremely happy with it. I've purchased gifts for others and I will continue to I will continue to and visit this store because they are very helpful.
