I cannot remember her name, but she made this experience amazing. I walked in with not a clue of what I wanted. She approached me right away. I had told her 5 years ago my pandora got stolen with 18 charms on it so it took a lot for me to come in and try again. But she made it comfortable for me and she was such a light. I hope it says who made the sale to me because again, I can’t remember her name. But I don’t think she realizes how far her kindness went. Thank you <3

Everyone was very professional and helpful. We did not have wait we were attended to right away. We were introduced to new products. They were very knowledgeable about the products.

The sales representative was patient. She was very knowledgeable. She wasnt pushy or added any pressure to her sale. Alondra was awesome during my $400 purchase and even encouraged me to open up an account.

My daughter and I was greeted immediately after entering the entrance at Pandora. Everyone was friendly. Shawna was very friendly and helpful. Pandora was very clean. I love the idea of getting $10.00 off of $100.00 if the survey is done.
