Nice service but, I feel the workers should focus on customers and not hv so many side conversations with other employees

The service and knowledge of the policy could be better but either way we will shop there or online because we are here for the concept.

I was disappointed that pandora does not have the bangle bracelet in bigger sizes. I wanted one so bad in rose gold but was to snug and wouldn't be able to turn or move.

I had a great experience, The sales associate was patient with me, because it was my first time shopping there. I can’t wait to go back to get some charms for my bracelet.

The line was long due to the holiday season there should have been at least 5 associates in the store there was only 3.

The speed of the service and friendliness of he associates.

The sales associate did not have a good attitude, I wish I had got her name.

I would like to see more charms catering to African American. Like a young lady with a afro, fist, black lives matter

It’s always a wait around this time but issue was the bracelets that was free was in a smaller size so you really had to take what you get I was sad about that bc I really wanted that bracelet but it’s just a seasonal promotion but everyone that purchased should be honored and not just take what you have left that’s my only issue

Was quick once got into store. Line was very long and slow but it was Xmas time.
