After a unpleasant experience at a Pandora store in Birmingham Alabama, I received excellent customer service from Tylor. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This was my second purchase with the Pandora brand and it was how it should have been.

My sales associate was fairly new to his job and he was extremely patient with me. He took his time, put together some pieces for me since this was my first purchase and made my experience beyond amazing. He will be my personal pandora jeweler!
