The associate was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and very friendly and helpful. I was impress with the associate knowing where the various charms were that I wanted or wanted to review. Also the associate offer suggestion and ideals relating to current and passbook purchase . My overall experience was very good.

As I entered the store I was greeted by at least 2 associates. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the product in the store. She was very friendly and careful how she handle the merchandise. Made me feel good about my purchase
