I walked in the store just to browse and ended up purchasing a bracelet because the staff was friendly, energetic, and welcoming. Kylah was my sales associate and she did a wonderful job.

Days before my actual purchase I went to the store the staff was friendly; I told them I wasn't ready to make a purchase and was handed a brocher. So when i was ready to make my purchase it was quick because i had enough time to decide what i wanted. The sale agent was exceptional - patient, well-manered and softspoken. She picked out the jewlley and the charms and put them together as if she was shopping for herself. I went a little overboard with my spending but it was easy dealing with her.

From the time of arrival to the store I was welcomed and made feel most comfortable . The sales lady was very professional and had very good product knowledge. Being in sales myself I feel this is very important. Everyone in the store went above and beyond what you would expect. Definitely return and ask for the same sales person.
