Pandora is a very nice store. You are able to look and ask for what you are looking for, and the store is clean. The environment such as looks are is the whole set up of the store makes me want to buy everything. Pandora is the best!!

Kylah was very attentive and was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all questions. She also let me speak with the store manager in reference to a concern I had with the products and Jesus was very professional and nice to give me a great answer.

The service was great! Everyone knew the product and when they weren’t sure, they went to other employees and that employee would help as well. They were efficient and every time I asked for a price on a charm or a bracelet they knew. Plus my mother loved the quality of the merchandise!

Several associates readily available to assist. If associate could not find charm, other associates were able to help. Associate was able to remove charm I desperately wanted from display just so I could have it. Received catalogs upon departure from the store. Very satisfied with my purchase!
