All three sales associates took time to assist me and each other. Customer service was amazing, I came here became the Cumberland location was not custom friendly at all. I was happy with my purchase.

I went to Beachwood mall Pandora in Ohio to exchange my charm sense the glass was missing and charm fell out, and they were so rude and didn’t want to help me. I went to my regular Pandora in Arbor Place Mall and was welcomed with open arms, and my issue was resolved with A1 customer service from Kylah and the manager he’s always pleasant!! They even cleaned my bracelet and I was told at Beechwood that’s $15... They need better leadership their manager was just as rude as the employees I was very uncomfortable and they stereo typed me.... Thanks Arbor Place Pandora for Always being professional and polite.

I was highly satisfied with the associate Kylah, I enjoyed starting a bracelet for my loved one. She helped me gather the perfect charm for the new addition to my family!
