The sales associate Sandra was very friendly and fun to talk too. She gave me great ideas and helped my husband understand how having a Pandora bracelet is a ‘blessing’ to him when it comes to buying me a gift. It was an enjoyable experience.

This was my first Pandora purchase. The sales associate Sandra T. was helpful. I didn't want to speed too much, so she gave me good ideas to begin my bracelet. She gave be a catalogue to pick out charms that I want for Christmas to give to my husband and kids. She told me welcome to the Pandora family, I liked that.

Was able to exchange previously purchased items for item that better fit needs. Only problem, only had one. Also was not told aboyt promotion of FREE jewelry box
