I was satisfied with the customer service given from pandora employees. Another thing is the security of merchandise, it’s not a hassal trying to exchange items if it’s within a year of purchase or has warranty on it. Lastly I was satisfied with the quality of service and the item purchased.

I have had great experiences every time I have have been to the Pandora store. The amount of merchandise is always plentiful, too plentiful at times. I have a hard time deciding what to buy at my visit. From the management to the sales associate are always friendly and always helpful. They are never pushy over bearing, they know me by name and always say hello when I walk by the store.

Leland is favorite rep at this store location. He is always nice, knowledgeable of the merchandise. The manager Jesus is always as accommodating.
