He even knew I needed an Aquarian charm for my daughter. He was cleaning the bracelet and charms as I was picking them out. Wrapped my purchase beautifully.

I was able to get a charm that is no longer sold online. I was also able to place an order for a charm they did not have at the store. The sales person was very helpful and set me up as a customer. I had purchased at the store previously but my information was never collected.
