Jordan was wonderful to work with. She even tried to know what my daughter in law’s likes and dislikes were and what events may have happened recently. We would definitely go back to have her assist us in our next purchase.

Nilzy was wonderful! Alaina was a big help in the transition and presented all of the items I needed.

The service we received was top notch. We went in to see a new bracelet (that I actually saw in a Jarod's brochure, but I refuse to go there because they are RUDE) The gentleman that greeted us at the door gladly went and showed us the bracelet. After looking at it we realized it would be to hard for my mother in law to open. The gentleman then explained to us that pandora had another bracelet that you slide slide down to expand and put on wrist then slide back to close. It was perfect! I asked the gentleman if they had time to clean my two pandora bracelets and he said yes. He then asked if it would be ok if he let Kelsi finishing helping us while he cleaned my bracelets and we said yes. We asked Kelsi to show us a pandora necklace and she did but the smallest one was too long. Kelsi told us the necklace was available in two smaller sizes and that she would order them in and call us when they arrive. We told her to order them in because we were going to purchase the one that fits the best. She was very pleasant and we appreciate all that her and the gentleman did to help us with our purchase!

It was a very easy process to locate a nice birthday gift. The associate helped picked one out and showed me another one that I decided to purchase. She also put it on hold for me until I was able to pick it up and when I came to pick it up another associate found it and was able to make the process simple.

Every one was so nice

Once again this Pandora location took care of my needs and my wants. I will definitely be returning soon!!!!!
