There were several associates in the store. The store was VERY busy, so I thought they were all occupied with customers. Ty saw me and immediately ask if I'd been assisted yet. She then immediately connected me with John, who was very knowledgeable of the inventory and where everything that I inquired about was. This resulted in a swift visit & very satisfied customer!

The sales associates, John & John were very helpful and knowledgeable of the stock. I started with ty & ended with John. It's ALWAYS a pleasure shopping at this location!

I got my 1st Pandora bracelet with 2 charms for Christmas, visited the Mall for 1time unaware that I would see a Pandora Store! I pulled my husband in, where we were Greeted with warm welcomes and smiles. I was greeted by a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional employee (young man) who made us feel at ease. The representative that helped us didn't advise us that we could go to another store or online to look for the items that we wanted. I also, if it was a visible signage for those items being discontinued and marked down.

John T. was such an awesome salesperson. He made sure I was comfortable with my purchase and he let me know that if I wasn’t satisfied that I had 30 days to make exchanges. This had never been explained at any other Pandora retailer previously. Excellent service!
