I was there to return a product and the sales rep was very helpful. The ring I had was discontinued and the stone fell out. He gave me two options. I ended up purchasing another ring and he helped with my decision.

I visited the store on Michigan Ave in Chicago. Went there looking for a Chicago charm. Purchased the Taste of Chicago charms. My associate Eliza was amazing. Went back 2 days later to purchase the Gold bracelet and charms. Eliza was wearing one and I couldn’t get it off my mind.
