Pandora Jewelry

We walked in the store less than an hour before the store closed. Our sales associate, Marcia, was EXTREMELY pleasant, patient and we were not rushed or felt rushed at all. She took her time with us.....she knew about the stores products and other merchandise and were shown several selections. We came in for one charm and we left with 3 charms and a bracelet! So HAPPY because this is a birthday present for someone very special. Thank YOU Marcia for helping us decide on the perfect charms for our friend. And thank you Pandora for always having lots to choose from. WE LOVE YOU!!!! Sending a million hugs

We went in just to browse, the selection was limited in our opinion but we still found charms we liked. We’d love to be some of the older charms to come back, we were shopping for specific limited items we didn’t realize would be temporary.

Everyone are very nice and friendly when i came in. Was exploring the city of Chicago and saw the Pandora Mag Mile and decided to come in. Eliza C was asked me right away if I’m looking for something specific and got what i needed, got a new Chicago charm for my daughter’s Pandora bracelet since we’re here because of my daughter’s first business trip. I also added the broken heart Friends charms which me and my daughter can split it also to get the free jewelry box for my daughter haha. Awesome associates, thank you especially to Eliza.
