I have had to return the daisy ring twice because it’s broken. The first was under warrenty but the second was not. The staff was so helpful in sending the ring in for assessment and it came back in less than the 12 weeks they quoted me :)

I was extremely satisfied by the openness and brightness of the store. Upon arrival I was greeted by 2 sales associates and offered assistance promptly. The associate also offered to show me accessories that I hadn't thought of orginally in which I appreciated and purchased after she had explained that the item in question was on sale.Therefore I could purchase the item plus an accessory to match the price of the item as if I had just purchased it alone.

The Burlington location had stock that Vaughan Mills had been out of since March - specifically the Precious Heart charm (my favourite charm of all time). The store was also larger, had the iconic chandelier, and the associates were so friendly! The team at Vaughan Mills does their best, but Mapleview just had so much selection and a larger store, which Vaughan Mills needs.

I was highly satisfied because the sales associate (Lyndsay - sales lead) did a fantastic job handling my situation. She took charge, gave me reasons as to why my merchandise could be broken as well as ideas to help keep it looking new longer.

I personally felt the sales associate as concerned that I leave the store happy, i.e. my purchase is the best decision with the several options presented.

The staff was friendly we had to go to two stores to find what we wanted. The Oakville store did not have sufficient stock . At this store , they only had some of the wanted items. Our daughter had the same experience in Oakville. The Oakville staff was less friendly than the Burlington store staff. The customer should be able to find the items they want during promotions.
