Pandora Jewelry

The staff was very friendly as they helped us decided on a bracelet for our daughter and told us any sales happening/discounts going on. We spent a lot of time in Pandora and the staff wasn’t bothered by it at all.

It was very busy and most associates were with a customer but I did notice 4 of them that were not but they were at the cash but only one customer was in front of them.Just when I was thinking one of them could help me

The sales associate was very lovely and helpful. I was so impressed, we were accidentally given the wrong size of bracelet (I'd tried both on so it was an easy mix up) and she tracked us down in the mall even though we'd left the store to make sure I got the right size! Absolutely going above and beyond for customers, it was so appreciated. All the other employees were very friendly as well, it was a very nice atmosphere!

I was greeted with genuine smiles on the associates faces and it was obvious they were pleased to see me come into the store. Joanne N no. 166416 was friendly, knowledgeable and just an overall very nice person. The store was clean, neat, tidy and very sparkly. I do not have a budget to spend on jewellery. It is my eldest daughter's 50th birthday next week and I came away feeling I got exactly the right thing that was well within my budget. I was so pleased that I bought something for myself as well. I never do things like that. I left the store with a lovely little bag and a smile on my face. Thank you.
