I had to make an exchange and the sales associates made the experience very easy. I get so embarrassed to return or exchange merchandise, but I always have a great experience at the Mapleview location.

I am very pleased with the visit because my case was dealt very good, quickly and professionally. The complaint was dealt with on the spot and I got new brancelet in return.

When I first entered store was not happy & was reluctant to even stay. I did not like greeting by sales associate. We (my granddaughter & I) used hand sanitizer, no one else in store. She says what can I get u. We said we just wanted to look at rings. Her..what size. Not a friendly person. Thank goodness another associate came out & she stepped up to help. Otherwise I would have left. We ended up purchasing 3 rings. Her name was Joanne. Very very helpful & friendly. She should be a keeper, the other one well....Thank you for listening. I shop at this Burlington store a lot, as does my family when shopping for me.

Today, after my purchase at Pandora Mapleview, I told the friendly staff about the problems I was having with another warranty issue. Nkem listened to me and examined the faulty clasp and went out of her way to help me with the exchange at the store. I am so happy! I will finally be able to enjoy my lovely bracelet! It’s great to know that pandora really stands behind their products! Keep it up!

The pandora I attended was clean, and employees were kind. They made sure their safety to others during this corona virus pandemic was their first priority.

Loved my sales persona NKEM, she was friendly and knowledgeable! I knew what I wanted and talked to me about cleaning my necklace and showed me earrings!

The staff was super helpful. The wait was a bit long but that is understandable due to COVID restrictions. The store was clean and the staff took great care to maintain its cleanliness.

Knowledgeable sales associate who is also patient and polite. Allowed me to purchase my items without insisting they be packed in boxes or bags which are bad for the environment. These items were for me, so I would prefer to just wear them home. When I get home, they will go in my jewelry box. Any boxes or bags would just go to landfill which is a horrible sin! Many thanks to your sales associates who allow me to refuse packaging.
