We got married this past summer and my wife gave Pandora bracelets and charms to all five girls in her wedding party. Three bracelets fit, but two were a size too small. Being that she had been collecting these bracelets and charms for a couple of years in anticipation of the wedding, my wife did not keep her receipts. The manager (Argentina) accommodated our request to exchange the bracelets for the next size up despite our not having the receipt....for which we are grateful. Now all the brides maids have their bracelets and love them.

I was there just after they opened. Just me and sales clerk.she was very nice. Got what I wanted. The other item was not in stock which disappointed me but will go back another time. Very pleasant shopping experience.

I was very happy with the sales representative who helped me, she has helped me many times before and has always been such a great person to do business with . very knowledgeable and very helpful. She is not pushy at all and I so appreciate that in a sales rep.
