As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped with exactly what I was looking for. I have wanted a wishbone ring for so long but was to scared to order online. Seeing all the rings in person and the help from the associate will make me a returning customer!

the sales woman was absolutely warming and helpful. i wasn’t sure what i wanted to get and she was able to help me find something by giving me so many options.

I was in the store last week looking for the Pandora Me bracelet. It was the assistant manager and I think her was Sophie. Looked through all the bracelets and didn’t have the size I needed, so she called Polo Park location to have a bracelet sent over. I went the next day to find out it didn’t fit. She was going to order one in for me, received a call Thursday saying it was in. I picked it Saturday, felt bad that I couldn’t give her the sale, as she was going to let me use may offer of $10 off.

I called ahead to see if they had any of the murano glass turtle. They did and sales associate on the offered to put it aside as it was the las one. When I arrived the told the sales associate I was there to pick up the turtle charm that was put aside. The charm was already in the box ready for purchase. I love shopping at this location as the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Sales person was awesome. This is the first time i felt good and wanted in store. Normally sales person at pandora have high attitude problem

The sales associate was very knowledgeable. She was very friendly. very patient as well while I was trying to make a decision. So much to choose from!!

First off I’d like to say that the store was extremely clean and very welcoming. I had a lovely associate named Mimosa, she was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in helping me and showing me and advising me on my purchases, I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and struggle finding jewelry that fits me. She was very patient with me and made me feel so good about my self as I struggle with self esteem with regards to my disability, I’ve not been able to wear jewelry in years, this is the first time I’ve ever left a store extremely happy and actually feeling good. I highly recommend this store in St Vital Centre and I will definitely will be back to shop there all the time in the future.

THIS PANDORA STORE IS ABSOLUTELY AAAAAAMAZING!! DANA THE MANAGER IS PERFECTION AND HER TEAM IS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! I FEEL SO CARED AND SPECIAL! IN COVID TIMES WHEN YOI GO SHOPPING AND YOU FEEL SAFE THERE AND WELCOMED, YOU ACTUALLY FEEL LIKE IT IS A TREAT!! THANKS ST.VITAL GALS!!

Went in for a gift for girlfriend, wasn’t sure what I wanted to get for our anniversary. She inquired about who it was for, occasion and what type of piece my girlfriend wears on a day to day. I said necklaces and she pulled a few necklace options with different price options so I had make the decision for what I thought was best. She also asked what I wanted it to symbolize for my girlfriend.
