I returned the reflections bracelet I purchased two weeks ago because the bracelet had some discoloring. The associate that was assisting me was pleasant; however, the manager (Heather) made me feel uncomfortable. She questioned the way the bracelet was given to me at time of purchase (in its original package) as if she were picking on the associate who sold it to me. I'm sure Heather was attempting to make small talk with me but I felt as if I were being questioned about my personal life almost as if she were judging me. While Heather did have a smile on her face and was "pleasant", I still felt she was being judgemental. I would expect a different presentation from management.

I came the first time 7/12/18, and was told that the safety chain for my one bracelet was back ordered. Then on 7/20/18 that it hadn't come in yet. So I came in today and they said it didn't have to be ordered. And that they do not do that practice. So I bought it today. They put it on my bracelet in the wrong order of beads that it had originally. They complained because I couldn't remember the original lady that helped me. Which really seemed not important to me at this time. But her name was Heather no 160811 and Lily no 160811. Today's Marilyn no 163060. So I will not be going back to the Geneva Commons in Geneva , IL 60134

I went in to the store to purchase a gift card. There was an associate taking names and told me I had to wait for another associate to sell me the gift card. I don't understand why the associate who was taking names couldn't sell me a gift card. I had to wait for all the other people to browse and then purchase. What a terrible use of resources, I should be able to buy a gift card and get out. I don't understand why I should have to wait for that, when there is a readily available associate (doing nothing!) This was a VERY frustrating experience. I have stopped going to Jared to purchase Pandora for this exact reason! I totally understand people browsing and deciding what they want to buy, but there should be an option for people who are picking up an online order, or purchasing gift cards and don't need to talk to an associate.
