No one offered to help. No one greeted me. And there was a lot of chit chat with other customers about unrelated topic while I waited. There were 4 customers in the store so not very busy but service was lacking.

I waited in line on Black Friday for the 35% discount. I was helped immediately as I was one of the first customers in line. When I purchased 5 items, I paired and realized that I was only given a 10% discount. It was suppose to be 35% discount. So I came back to the store immediately and talked to an associated and she have her manager immediately come and credit the mistake from the purchase. I am on a budget for the holidays and purposely bought what I could afford for my daughters 16th birthday and for her holiday gift and was over charged by $80.00. I was given the credit, but it was frustrating as I did have to wait again to be helped to get the credit.

Every time I have visited this store the wait is really long. More than 20-30 minutes.

Sales person was rude and didn’t seem willing to help. I was the one that had to offer a suggestion on how to fix the issue. She never gave me an option. Just said it couldn’t be done.

I received a gift from my mom . She payed through PayPal since she is in another country . On the notice in the box it told me to go to my nearest pandora to change it because the ring was too big ,they told me due to it being payed through PayPal they can’t exchange it and when I sat on a call for 30 mins with the head office , they told me every store policy is different and I drove 1 hour for all of this . Why would you put on the piece of paper in the box that I can exchange it at the nearest store when I was told I couldn’t . It was a complete waste of time . When I went in they called the boss and then exchanged it . I have everything I received in the mail for them , still don’t understand the issue . Even when it was payed through paypal

I am extremely disappointed with the way the sales representatives behaved. I was not greeted upon entering the store-- despite having an older representative near the entrance. I had to approach a sales representative MYSELF. I will never return to this store. I did not feel welcomed AT ALL.

The sales person corrie H was very nice & very helpful. The problem we had was with ur manager Ashley she was rude unprofessional. I have 3 coupons of $10 which it does show an expiration date she said we could it use because we need it to use it in 6 mos . The way she talk to me & my husband was not professional. I am a manager in the company I work & I deal with a lot of issues the way she handle it was not!!!!

The sales girl was very pushy, she didn’t really know about the merchandise the store had, she was kind of rude and I could very much tell she was using “sale tactics” to get me to buy more expensive items. I felt rushed and very uncomfortable and just purchased items so I could leave. I’ll probably return them at another pandora store and see if they have better service at another store.
