The wait was 20-25 minutes and it was hard to move around the store during that time because it was crowded.

I was very disappointed that I was trying to find a clip for my bracelet and the clips were in a few spots. I was given a Spring/summer catalog to look at. When I went to checkout the charm was $50 not $40. I was told every charm went up on price. I should have put the item back. I was too embarrassed to do otherwise. I budgeted $40 and picked something out at that price point. A 25% increase is a huge amount over what you were expecting. VERY disappointed

The associate demeanor wasn't pleasant. I'm not satisfied with the purchase I purchased. I will be returning the items tomorrow

Seller was not that friendly and did not help that much. In another visit to the same location I did an exchange and other seller was very upset because I was asking about the way the brazalete torn in one side.

I feel like the encourage to is not very comforting, when I walk in it is echoing and loud and extremely overwhelming. The associates were nice but very pushy. It is hard to just shop for what you want without them showing you the whole store. This just added to the whole overwhelming feel. It is not easy to come in and shop.

This was a gift I purchased and the associate did NOT inform me that the charm would fall off or get lost if I did not purchase a lock charm, or a “spacer”. I gave my dtr in law the bracelet at dinner and the charm fell off and was lost immediately. :(

The manager refused to ask a simple question of whether or not an item was available before I stood in a line for 30mins with only two people in front of me. Then proceeded to be rude to many other people with similar questions who walked in after me. I felt that the greeter could have had access to a inventory to possibly help the customer decide if it was worth standing there waiting or just go on line and purchase

The manager yurt extremely rude . Not friendly, very loud and not welcoming. I will go to other Pandora stores to get better service. New girl Erica tried her best but not trained at all. She could not help because her manager yuri wouldn’t help her. Awful experience. I spend a lot of money at pandora stores but this Geneva store needs nicer manager.
