I went into the store expecting to purchase 4 pave charms and only 2 of the 4 were in stock. The salesperson did not offer to find in any nearby stores so I had to hunt on my own.

Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to be available, but I already knew exactly what I wanted. Needed to get in and out quickly!

Funny you asked....The ring size I wanted to purchase was not in stock. The charm I wanted to purchase was not in stock.

Within two hours of wearing one of the rings I purchased, four of the gems already fell off. I was very upset because I went out of my way to buy this ring and felt the quality was very poor. I have to still bring the ring back to the store to see if they can fix it. I just don’t want the same thing to keep happening in the future. I think the prices of the rings are high if they are going to break within a few hours. Very disappointed.

I received a ring from my husband as a Christmas gift. He went to the store with my note stating the ring name and size, and showed it to the sales associate. When I opened the gift Christmas morning, the ring was very large & didn't fit. When I went to the store to exchange it, I was told that this ring was a size 6 - not the size 5 my husband asked for. He asked the Sales Associate to make sure it was the size he wanted, and she said it was (even though she didn't check inside the ring). Needless to say, there was not a size 5 in stock, so they had to call around to find one. Today I finally got the call that my size 5 was in - only 23 days after Christmas. You need to make sure the Sales Associates verify the sizes of merchandise before it is sold. I'd hate to have this happen to someone else - very sad experience indeed.

Sales staff was not very attentive. There were 3-4 salesclerks and 3 customers. All the customers were not being attended to. I was very surprised by this. Other stores have been way more attentive and full of suggestions for additional items to look at. Too bad!

This is my second trip back in a month (I have an addiction to pandora) and I have been pleased both times with the ladies who have helped me out. They treat me like an adult and they are pretty knowledgeable about the charms and what not
